Heidi Brown

Although she has had a lifelong passion for exercise, there was a period where she "gave in" to the American way of life which is just too busy to include fitness. After baby number 4, a friend got her to re-enter the fitness world. The challenge was great but she pushed through eventually attending Body Flow Training, Stott Pilates Training, GTS, Spin, Body Combat, Body Attack and several other clinics. Four years later, she moved to Colorado becoming an instructor at the Aspen Club & Spa, The Snowmass Club and The Maroon Creek Club where she launched new programs with the founders of Les Mills and the US Women's Director of Fitness for Gold's Gym. She merged her "real job" as a t-shirt designer and her training world into the Baronbleu where her clothing line inspires women to be the best they can be. Seven years later she moved to Roswell where she enjoys connecting, laughing, working hard, meditating, inspiring, getting results and teaching at SBC Mind & Body.

Kelley Alsup

She has been at SBC since June of 2017 with a lifelong passion for working out and being an avid runner. In 2015, she found herself not feeling "right" and made some drastic changes in the way she exercised and diet choices. She lost 25 pounds and 26 inches overall. She now feels great and enjoys sharing what she has learned, helping others feel great too. She believes working out should be fun and make you better at the things you love to do.

Brittani Harral

She grew up in Roswell. After high school, briefly pursued a career as a flight attendant based in New York City. After meeting her rancher husband, she moved back to Roswell changing careers/lifestyles and went to school becoming an RN. They live on a ranch outside of Roswell and she currently is an RN in Labor & Delivery at a local hospital. Brittani enjoys time off as a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. During the above mentioned transition period, she decided to dip into her passion for fitness, and became a group exercise instructor. After more than a decade in the fitness industry, she has received many certifications. She currently instructs a Prenatal Yoga class for a program called "Labor of Love". Her passions are fitness, travel and reading and bases her career choices on the importance of her involvement in enhancing lives in a positive way. She chooses to help other people better themselves and gauges her success in making a positive difference in their lives.

Sheila Brainerd Crossley

She has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. After attending Rancho La Puerta Health Spa as a guest in 1979, she applied for a position and worked the next decade as a fitness instructor/coach at both Rancho La Puerta and The Golden Door. She founded an "on the road" concept called The Mini-Spa and in 1983 became a supervisor for The Golden Spa at Sea aboard the Cunard Cruise Line. After moving back to Roswell in the 90's to be with family, she worked for The Roswell Racquet Club and started SBC Exercise, LLC in 1996 with 7 instructors and an 18 class schedule ranging from Body Pump to Spin & Step Aerobics. SBC Mind & Body opened in 2012 as a core based training center with a focus in Yoga, Pilates and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). She promotes an "I can do it" mentality to young and old as they pursue their physical best.
