A gym can be, especially for beginners, an intimidating and cold atmosphere.  At SBC we say forget the machines…

Make Your Body,

Your Machine!

When would you do a bench press or squat in real life?  Functional training should mirror the activities you perform in your daily life.  You should be able to bend, lift, twist, rotate, jump and move in every direction without fear of injury.  The majority of SBC workouts make your body support itself while executing functional movement.  Your body requires a strong core, which is the foundation of all SBC training.

FlyGym Aerial Workout

Allows deep and supported exploration of core-strengthening, flexibility and endurance.  Workouts use many adapted yoga poses ranging from therapeutic and floor-based to high-flying inversions such as splits and handstands.
